1. Agreement to Terms
By dropping off a device, requesting onsite IT service, or interacting with the website or staff at Logic Link Repair LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Diagnostics & Estimates
We provide 100% free hardware diagnostics on phones, computers, and consoles at our Kalispell location. We will contact you with a transparent, flat-rate quote before attempting any physical or board-level repairs. We will never add hidden hourly fees or surprise markups without your explicit authorization.
3. Data Loss Risk & Client Liability
Hardware repair, data recovery, and operating system troubleshooting carry inherent risks of unpredictable data corruption or device failure. You are solely responsible for backing up your files and configurations prior to submitting your device to us. While Logic Link Repair prioritizes data safety and treats your local drives with standard confidentiality practices, we accept no responsibility for data lost during diagnostics, micro-soldering, virus removal, or structural repairs.
4. 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty
All of our physical hardware fixes are covered by a rock-solid 90-day parts and labor warranty, subject to the following terms:
- The warranty covers manufacturing faults or installation errors regarding the specific replacement part we fitted (e.g., replacement phone screens, batteries, laptop charge ports).
- The warranty is voided immediately if the device undergoes subsequent physical drops, display fracturing, liquid ingestion, or third-party disassembly after leaving our possession.
- Software updates, virus re-infections, or secondary faults unrelated to our original repair are excluded from this coverage.
5. Abandoned Property Policy
Due to physical workspace and safety limitations regarding stored lithium batteries, devices left completed or unapproved at our service center for over thirty (30) days following our formal pickup notifications will be deemed abandoned. Logic Link Repair reserves the right to recycle or liquidate abandoned items to recoup part, labor, and handling expenditures.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any disputes relating to our local repair operations will be handled exclusively inside Flathead County courts.
